UroStat Healthcare, Inc. will replace, free of charge, all items that are under warranty.
There are no circumstances for the manufacturer warranty to become void.
We want you to be completely satisfied. If for some reason you are not, and require return or replacement of a product, please call your customer care specialist for complete return instructions.
Products that have been discontinued will be replaced with a substitute product based on the manufacturer’s policy and your approval.
Refunds will be issued in accordance with the method of payment – refund check or offset to your insurance company.
