Product Warranty Information

• Products may have a manufacturer’s warranty.
• Urostat Healthcare, Inc. will honor all warranties under applicable law.
• UroStat Healthcare, Inc. will replace, free of charge, all items that are under warranty.
• There are no circumstances for the manufacturer warranty to become void.
• We want you to be completely satisfied. If for some reason you are not, and require return or replacement of a product, please call your customer care specialist for complete return instructions.
• Products that have been discontinued will be replaced with a substitute product based on the manufacturer’s policy and your approval.
• Refunds will be issued in accordance with the method of payment – refund check or offset to your insurance company.
