How to File a Complaint

It is our desire to provide you with the best quality home care services available. However, if you become dissatisfied with any portion of our products or services you may lodge a complaint without concern for reprisal, discrimination, or unreasonable interruption of service.

Please call the corporate office at 888-845-8698 or the UroStat Healthcare Customer Service Department at 678-541-5566 to file a grievance. When the company receives a complaint in writing, the company will contact the person making the complaint within five (5) calendar days of receipt of the written complaint. You can expect a written response of the results of the investigation within fourteen (14) working days of receipt.
