What is UroStat Healthcare?
UroStat Healthcare is a medical supply provider specializing in incontinence care, diabetes management (CGM), urology catheter care, and ostomy supplies. We help patients covered under Medicaid and Medicare receive the products they need—delivered directly to their homes.
What types of incontinence products do you offer?
We carry a range of diapers, pull-ups, underpads, wipes, and other incontinence care products from trusted brands like Cuties, Comfees, SleepOvers, and more.
Who qualifies for UroStat’s services?
We serve children and adults who have Medicaid or Medicare and a qualifying medical diagnosis (such as incontinence, diabetes, spina bifida, autism, or other related conditions).
What states does UroStat serve?
For child incontinence products, we currently are in network with Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and expanding soon. For CGM, Urology and Ostomy, you can apply in any state.
What are the age requirements for child incontinence eligibility?
- In Georgia – 2 – 21 years old.
- In Alabama, Mississippi, Kentucky, Ohio and Pennsylvania, the child must be older than 3.
How long will it take to receive my first order?
Between 2 – 3 weeks.
Are my supplies really free?
If you qualify through Medicaid or Medicare, your supplies are covered at no out-of-pocket cost to you. We handle all paperwork and billing directly with your insurance.
What are the steps after im approved
Complete your Welcome Packet. The Welcome Packet gathers important information we need to stay compliant with Medicaid and Medicare. It must be completed before your second shipment can be released.
How often will I receive supplies?
Supplies are shipped once per month. A UroStat representative will contact you before each order to confirm your needs and any changes.
What if I run out of supplies early?
If you need supplies sooner than expected, contact your assigned UroStat representative or email service@urostathealthcare.com. We’ll review your account and help adjust your order if possible.
What documentation is required?
We’ll need a doctor’s prescription or medical documentation confirming your diagnosis and need for supplies. UroStat works directly with your healthcare provider to obtain what’s needed.
